The MC810B Digital Heating Controller is designed to provide precise and reliable temperature control using advanced microprocessor technology. It offers three operational modes: On/Off mode with a hysteresis loop for controlled power switching, PID control for maintaining stable temperatures, and temperature measurement up to 800°C based on the probe accessory used.

For accurate readings, the controller includes a PTFE-covered platinum resistance thermometer, enabling measurements up to 250°C. The durable zinc die-cast outer case allows for bench-top use or mounting on a 12.7cm support rod. User-friendly programming is facilitated through up/down controls, while the three-digit LED display provides a 1°C resolution across a temperature range of -10°C to 800°C.

Additionally, the adjustable hysteresis range ensures precise temperature regulation, reducing fluctuations in the controlled medium. With low power consumption and a compact, lightweight design, the MC810B is ideal for laboratory and industrial applications requiring precise heating control.
